Truck Turner

Truck Turner or Black Bullet was written by Michael Allin, Jerry Wilkes, and Oscar Williams and directed by Jonathan Kaplan in 1974. Starring in the film are Yaphet Kotto and Isaac Hayes who also wrote the soundtrack to it. Although it was no big success, the music is still dope and against all critics another funky blaxploitation sure shot. It has been released via Stax Records and was totally underrated for many years. Later some of the scores have been used in the Kill Bill series from Quentin Tarantino.
