Four Tops

The Four Tops are an African American soul vocal band from Detroit, which was founded in 1953. The four founding members are Renaldo "Obie" Benson, Abdul "Duke" Fakir, Lawrence Payton and Levi Stubbs. The last current line-up of the band was Abdul Fakir, Harold "Spike" Bonhart, Lewis McNeir and Roquel "Rokie" Payton (he is the son of Lawrence Payton). The Rolling Stone lists them as 79th in the list of the 100 greatest musicians of all time. Everybody knows their hit “Reach out i’ll be there”.
